1. Cooling-Off Period (5-Day Grace Period)
Customers have a 5-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase to request a full refund with no questions asked, provided no work has commenced. This ensures compliance with consumer protection laws.
- Refund requests must be submitted via email to ceo@neweradirectmarketing.com within this period.
- If work has already begun, a partial refund may apply (see Section 3).
2. Clear Disclosure
This policy is disclosed before every purchase on our website, sales pages, email confirmations, and invoices to ensure transparency. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
3. Refund Eligibility & Conditions
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
a. Services (Copywriting, Branding, AI Chat Agents, Consulting, etc.)
- Before work begins: Full refund if requested within the 3-day cooling-off period.
- After work has started but not completed: Partial refund based on the percentage of work completed.
- After service completion: No refunds, as services are custom-tailored and non-returnable.
b. Digital Products (Templates, Guides, Courses, etc.)
- Refunds are only available if the product is defective or inaccessible due to technical issues.
- If technical issues occur, we will first attempt to resolve the issue before issuing a refund.
c. Subscription Services
- Subscriptions must be canceled at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
- No prorated refunds for partially used subscription periods.
4. Special Considerations & Consumer Protection

5. No Suppression of Negative Reviews
We do not condition refunds on a customer removing or altering negative reviews. We value honest feedback and strive to improve our services.
6. Quick & Easy Refund Processing
- Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
- Customers will receive a confirmation email once their refund is processed.
7. Dispute Resolution & Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us directly before filing a chargeback. If a chargeback is initiated without prior communication, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and terminate any ongoing services.
8. Exceptions & Discretionary Refunds
While we stand by our policy, we may issue refunds on a case-by-case basis at our discretion, even if all terms are not met, to maintain goodwill and compliance with regulatory standards.
