Personalization- AI agents have the ability to store, group and add context to data in order to produce personalized output. For example, if I wanted to send a personal email to a group of clients, I can have my AI Agent pull specific information like name, address, company name etc and then tailor its output using that information within the context of the email.  So its output is different and contextual for each recipient.

Qualification- I recently built an AI Agent that goes through a qualification process with a potential client using the EXACT same questions that I would normally ask. The fact that I no longer have to do this means that I have duplicated myself, protected my time, and saved thousands of dollars while increasing the quality of my leads.

Adaptation- AI Agents can be built to adapt to the client responses. It will actually “think” and process what people say and provide an appropriate response every time. This is in addition to the fact that it can be connected to a knowledge base with containing all your business info and pinpoint the right response every time.
